George Frangeskides

Managing Director

Mr Frangeskides has a broad range of experience gained from over 25 years in the mining, legal and corporate advisory sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom. 

He has an extensive network of contacts across the mineral exploration and investment sectors in the UK, Asia-Pacific, North America, Middle East and Far East regions, giving the Company wide exposure to both investors and potential investments.  Since 2014, Mr Frangeskides has been Executive Chairman of AIM-listed Alba Mineral Resources plc and was instrumental in Alba’s move into Greenland, and the subsequent spin-out of its Greenland assets into GreenRoc Mining Plc, with GreenRoc, now owning 100% of the very high-grade Amitsoq Graphite Deposit. Mr Frangeskides was instrumental in taking control of the Motzfeldt Project in southern Greenland, the world’s largest undeveloped Niobium-Tantalum-Rare Earths deposit and Stallion’s flagship asset.

Lars Brünner

Technical Consultant

Lars Brünner was, from 2014 until May 2020, the Arctic Mining and Environment, Business Development Leader for Golder Associates A/S, the leading international mining and environmental consultancy firm.  

Mr Brünner has been an Environmental Consultant for more than 25 years, during which time he has conducted numerous Environmental and Social Impact Assessments for a broad range of projects and developed a wide-ranging expertise in environmental legislation, natural resource management, monitoring and surveillance programmes. Much of Lars’ work in recent years has been associated with the mining sector in Greenland.

Mr Brünner has an M.Sc. in Biology from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

SRK Exploration Services

Technical Advisor

SRK Exploration Services is part of the SRK Group and has extensive experience in Greenland, including carrying out exploration on the Motzfeldt project. This included supervising the resource drilling at the Project in 2010-11 and the subsequent development of the first JORC-compliant Mineral Resource Estimate for the Aries Deposit which was declared in 2012. SRK were instrumental in the identification of several exploration targets in the wider licence area and led the exploration programme at Motzfeldt in 2019.
